Buffalo driver drove off with my parcel after signing for it.

I've had my parcel delivered by Buffalo and everything went smoothly until today when two rude ladies came to deliver my parcel late. After receiving a delivery massage at about 2pm I waited until 17:30 to call and find out how far they were. Paballo mamohlake from Buffalo said she's on her way and within few minutes she was at my gate. She was furious that I called her, and very rude. She asked me to sign for the parcel so she can scan it. I did sign, and the two ladies drove off with my parcel. I managed to take a photo of their registration.
