Buffalo doesn't respond to queries.

I ordered from Shein in November. My pat ek was supposed to e delivered on 15/12/2025. I've sent 3 emails 3 WhatsApp messages and STILL no reply! I'm generally a pretty polite and kind person, but I'm becoming irate. According to their tracking system my parcel has been with them since 06/12/2025!
