Buffalo doesn’t help anyone

I have two packages coming in the same week from ALIEXPRESS,I notice it’s my old number on the app after ordering so I call to ask them to change it !call 5 different people each day of the week asking them to change it after they ALL 5 people say they changed it .not one person did .how when they try to deliver it says no tel answer my package is now being returned (both packages )wasted so much airtime !time too .will never use them ever ever
