Buffalo disgusting service.

I ordered from Shein on the 22nd of March. My parcel was handed over to another courier. The last update I received was on the 4th of April. I call on a daily basis, but nothing happens or I get cut off after holding on for 20 minutes. I ordered a handbag and shoes for a function this weekend. I will now have to go out and buy another handbag and shoes. Nobody at Buffalo can tell me when I will receive my parcel or cares if I do receive my parcel. Your service is shocking and I hope Shein stops using you for their deliveries!
