Buffalo delivery services

Buffalo logistics is ****ing useless!!!!! I am waiting for 3 days and counting for my parcel to be delivered after they allocated the parcel to the wrong area TWICE!!! According to them you are not allowed to go pick up your parcel at the warehouse. WHO MADE THE **** UP? Not me! THEY DID! After receiving 3 SMSs saying that my parcel will be delivered within 48 hours i am still waiting for the delivery. The supervisor is not available to talk to. How pathetic! NO CALLS NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER!! If there was an option for no stars i would have gave it a 0 star review. Your service is ridiculous! And your promises false… SHEIN should open their eyes and find a different courier company to work with. Honestly i am disgusted with this service, i have never received any service like this from them before. I hope the big boss sees this review.
