BUffalo delivery

I ordered from shein on the 12th November paid customs tax on the 16th was suppose to get my parcel on the 29 Nov, until today nothing and what is even more frustrating is they even lie that the parcel is with 3rd party express and will be delivered in 5_7 days but express said they do not the package with them , they never responds to the whatup their phone doesn't go through, it's festive now some of us will be traveling, can I please get my parcel I am tired this delay notice nonsense how long does it take to fix a backlog
