Buffalo - delivering nothing

Their tagline says they deliver HOPE but the only thing they have delivered to me is incompetence and rage! Their customer service is shocking! No one seems to know where my parcel is and no one seems to even care! I wish I did not have to use them simply because my online order uses them! They are actually terrible!
