BUFFALO DELIVER MY PARCEL!

I ordered from SHEIN (05 March) and paid taxi same day I received an SMS from Buffalo, what frustrate me the most is that the email is invalid and they don't answer calls. Worse they update after 2 or 3 days the tracking status. How long should I wait to get my parcel? A month? A year? Take us serious like when you call nonstop for customs fees to be paid. At this rate SHEIN need to have options for delivery so a person can choose a delivery company that is best.
