Buffalo Couries not reliable

Driver came to Estate and as soon as the security wanted to let him in, he turned around and said that he was in a rush and had to go somewhere else. Then stated on the Shein website that parcel was delivered. Queried with customer service but they no help at all. Then they say the parcel has been sent back to the warehouse because the customer had to reschedule.. Such lies
