Buffalo Couriers… worst international courier service to exist!

Worst delivery company EVER! I placed an order on Shein in the 10th of March 2026. My order was supposed to be delivered between the 20-26 of March. I called Buffalo this morning and the agent non-chalantly tells me that my order is still in customs and I need to wait 5-8 working days for clearance. This being after the app says that my order has already been through customs clearance. So that means I must wait a whole month for an order and I am told to “just wait” what has happened to customer service? Why is my parcel still at customs are 12 full days, 13 as of today?! I have had many shein orders delivered with other couriers and have never had any issues, in fact, my orders always came earlier than expected. This is really atrocious customer service :(
