Buffalo Couriers - The worst Courier you could find

Buffalo Couriers your service is the worst we have ever seen and experienced. How you are still in business is mind baffling. Our business to you have seemed as a joke and that you do not need our business and makes us wonder if you treat all of your clients in the same manner. Looking at your reviews online, it does seem that this is the case. Full of lies and disrespect from your staff and blatantly will laugh in your face when raising your concerns/queries. We are most unhappy with the manner in which Buffalo Couriers have been dealing with our parcel which has now become an urgent matter. We have sent out numerous correspondence in all possible avenues to find out about our missing/due to be delivered parcel. The courier keeps on claiming that we didn't answer our phones which is a blatant lie. We have all the phone records indicating that no/little effort was made in trying to reach us as well as all the records of us trying to reach them and to find out where our parcel is, even trying to see if we could go and collect the parcel from their depo. We have communicated and have been trying to further communicate with this business today, in all avenues possible, to get our parcel delivered and have WhatsApp and Facebook screenshots as well as email records as proof of these communications. We are livid at the *we don't care" attitude and the disrespect for clients deadlines portrayed by Buffalo Couriers. This is extremely poor service delivery and would not recommend anyone makes use of their services 🤬
