Buffalo Couriers Service Disaster

What absolute horrible service from @BuffaloCouriers. I have made numerous calls over the past two weeks, speaking to 6 different people, parcel sent across country twice and checked and updated the details 4 times. Reason "Delivery Failed" with no call upon supposed arrival.

Management is not even responding to queries with only empty promises from support agents that you will get a call back from a senior.

Your actions are 100% contradicting your company values. That means the company get a distinction in bad customer service and disregarding te customers cry for support.

Well done, good job for being so terribly bad with delivering hope. You are successfully delivering hopelessness to your customers.
