BUFFALO COURIERS OR LOGISTICS ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

My daughter bought clothes from Shein via the app and was scheduled to be delivered on the 11th August.The driver called to say he has my daughters package and delivered it at the gate in Zimbali where we were on holiday.She never received the package,he never gave me proof of who signed for the package.She enquired at Zimbali and no one signed for the package.Its been over a month with no assistance from Buffalo.We have been calling non stop with the same response that the query has been escalated.This is the worst service from courier companies that we ever received and will never use BUFFALO COURIERS again.We want a full refund for the money we spend because it is clear the driver never delivered it but took it for himself. I called again today and am told I cannot speak to a supervisor or manager but the driver will call me.Call me to say what exactly,we have nothing to talk to the driver because he is a **** and a *****.
