Buffalo couriers not contactable

It is impossible to get hold of Buffalo. If you call them, you are put on hold for four minutes and then cut-off. On the line you are given a whatsapp number that is run by bots. So you are not able to text with a person. You are also directed to the website, which does not have updated information. There is no means to get hold of this company and receive updated information.

I have also had a query dating back to 12 Feb with regards to a refund. But as you are not able to get hold them or get a response from them, I can get no feedback.

This site helps people to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, many of us using Shein and Temu can't choose the courier. But they do need to relook the courier that they are passing their business onto.
