Buffalo Couriers - most *********** courier company in South Africa

I placed an order for a package to be couriered from Johannesburg to Cape Town 6 weeks ago. To date, I have not received anything yet. I made daily calls to their Customer Service Department, only to hear that my package is at OR Tambo or awaiting a pick up, or today, that the order number does not exist! The Customer Supervisor promised to phone me back two weeks ago to update me. I am still waiting. This company should not be in operation. They are dishonest. I will be laying a claim of theft against them.
