Buffalo Couriers irresponsible

On the 8th of January this year, a Buffalo Couriers driver drove onto my driveway and went straight to my access gate, damaging it. I immediately phoned the line manager (Matthew) after getting his number from the driver assistant. Matthew asked me to get a quote so he can fix the gate.

Though there was an agreement to pay towards fixing the gate, the line manager has since gone AWOL and has never returned any of my call.

I have since called and emailed the Head Office in JHB, and no-one has come up with a solution caused by one of their drivers.

How does a company cause damage to someone's properties and fail to take responsibility? Where is their management? What systems of corporate governance do they have in place? And are the vehicles dispatched even insured? Are their driver's licenses obtained legally? Are their vehicles licensed? And, and, and...

Judging by the negative reviews from other disgruntled customers, this company should be investigated for compliance.
