Buffalo Couriers EXTREMELY poor service!

I was not notified about a collection. The driver walks into our offices and tells our receptionist that he is there for a parcel collection. He takes my parcel that was destined for Courier Guy WITH ANOTHER PERSON"S name on it!!! If I was notified that they were coming, I would have given them the correct parcel. Now they just blame me and refuse to get in touch with the driver. What a bunch of ***********, ****y, arrogant people!
