Buffalo couriers do not communicate , you deal with a automated system and not a person

Buffalo couriers international only use automated responses, you hardly speak to a person, yesterday they send a mail to say that I have received the packaged, I rep**** no I did not receive the package and again send my delivery adress. I phoned no one answers , I have send a mail no reply, I have tried the whatsapp no replies or response again. This is really frustrating dealing with a system and not a person.
