Buffalo couriers disgusting service and theft

Their courier Nobuhle collected a returned package 3 weeks late and now its gone missing. Despite numerous emails and WhatsApp providing all the information requested they still keep asking for the same info and I still dont have a refund or a result from my enquiry.
