Buffalo Couriers

Please be aware of the Buffalo Courier George Depot and the handling of SHEIN return parcels. On 9 April, one of their subcontracted drivers collected my return parcel, but did not provide any proof of collection. The parcel was subsequently lost/******, and Buffalo Courier could not provide any documentation confirming that the parcel was returned to SHEIN. Then on 8 May, a subcontracted driver arrived again to collect another return parcel for SHEIN. Once again, the driver could not provide any proof of collection. Due to my previous experience, I refused to hand over the parcel as I was concerned the same thing would happen again.
