Buffalo couriers a constant no show!

Return parcel for collection was confirmed 7 May ‘25 for collection before 26 May. Initial Collection scheduled within 48 hours! It never happend. Every request via e-mail, on app, telephonically or by wtspp has been fruitless. Generic answers get’s sent, live agent does not respond after 1 hour on hold! Even telephonically collection order gets confirmed but collection driver nor date for collection gets given! Email response after 24-48 hours just tells you to download the app or contact on wtspp. Collection window expires today the 26th May.
