Buffalo couriers

I am in CPT ordered on the 14th of March 2026 on SHEIN,18 March Buffalo sent a message to say my address was incorrect which was not true but I changed the address to my work address,parcel arrived in Cape Town on the 25th of March however the parcel has been out for delivery 2 days ago I have not received the parcel,I ordered for my birthday which was 25th of March for the 28th to celebrate my day,I had to postpone,waited another week again still parcel did not arrive and I postponed again,this is the 3rd time now that I must postpone & on the 14 of April will mark a mark since I ordered without my parcel.I am furious,disappointed,dont see myself ordering from SHEIN even if they continue to use buffalo as one of their couriers.I am not happy at all with buffalo they need to do better this is our money and it’s totally unacceptable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
