I’ve been waiting over three weeks for my SHEIN parcel, which was delivered to the wrong person.

Every time I follow up, I get the same response: “Your query has been escalated.” Yet there are no real answers, no accountability, and no resolution.

I’ve asked repeatedly: 📦 Why was my parcel given to a stranger? 📞 Is my contact number correct? 💬 Why has there been zero communication or delivery?

At this point, I want a refund for the full order, with the exact same items replaced or reimbursed.

This has been ongoing for 23 days, and all I receive are vague updates and empty promises.
