Buffalo Courier services : non service delivery yet again

There should be NO star for there non existant service.

I have purchased several items on TEMU, paid for those, and paid the taxes to Buffalo ensuring that they get a proof of payment email, but alas, as my luck would have it, they just never seem to receive the taxes. Amazing don't you think? when the exact same email is received by me , as this is how i set the beneficiary up on ABSA.

First they can't see it, then miraculously they find it, and one parcel is eventually delivered. In the interim 3 of my packages have been sent back to Dublin, due to supposed non payment of taxes, which i have proved over and over has been paid.

The frustration is so much that I have actually deleted all online purchase apps froom my phone and pc, as i am just not prepared to take the monetary loss, and frustration any longer.

Besides the South African Post Office, who's service is also non existant, they send your package back on 1 March 2024, send a slip to collect the very same package out at the end of April, whihc only arrives inthe mail at end of May 2024. So again. like an idiot,, you go to the post office to collect said package, just to be informed it was sent back end of March 2024 already? really?

So I guess the remainder of the 5 packages I was waiting for, of which 3 have already been sent back, will also be sent back, and Buffalo will just ***** my money. Close on R400 of taxes paid for NOTHING received!!

I have even sent my bank statement to them to prove it has been paid, but no, just no getting through to these people, maybe it is time for AI!!
