I used Buffalo Couriers more than once, and it has been a good experience thus far.

This time around, I downloaded the Buffalo app, and tracked my package as it was urgent. Once it arrived in Cape Town, I made contact with the Buffalo team via the app and email, as I was willing to collect at the depot due to the urgency of the shipment. The Buffalo team kept in contact and my package was delivered on time and in good condition. Communication was good and I received feedback on all channels, via app, email and whatsapp.
