buffalo courier guy does not want to give my pasel

im so angey i had a pasel from shein one month ago and it had to be dilivered to me after i got the driver on a call he said i wil not get my pasel from him after a long time struggling to get it we had to go to seweto and get the pasel from him now a month has pass and now i need to get a nother pasel and i saw on the trakking that the same guy Sifiso Buthelezi has the passel i just called him and asked whete my pasel are and the said he would not give it to me .. this so bad what are buffalo going to do about this
