Buffalo courier driver refused to deliver parcel

another bad experience with the worst courier company ever! Courier driver Alfred Mhlaba refused to deliver my parcel he wanted me to meet him somewhere other than my place and i said i can't because i do not have a car and i'm alone with my baby...he stopped replying to my messages and 2 hours later i got a message saying My parcel has been handed over to a third party courier and it will be delivered within the week...i will not be at home for the rest of the week
