Simply impossible to contact this company to query re your parcel and delivery date. Their pop up Chat mate - on line does not answer you. Send an email, and you get a response to say that someone will call you within 24hours!! Not!! Get an sms to say your parcel will be delivered in 48hours - so you must sit like a chop not moving from home waiting for the delivery. You cannot speak to a consultant at all, all the while I am aware that the parcel landed in Durban 48hours ago, and I have no clue as to timing of delivery - and it's a black hole! No one phones you and you cant phone them - supposed to be a service provider. Their Whatapp # is useless!! At least with The Courier Guy you can talk to a consultant, you get an email confirming who your driver will be. Will never use them again.
