Buffalo cant tell who signed for parcel

Yesturday my temu parcel was delivered after bussiness hours, I cant find it, and buffalo cant tell me who signed for it??? They just say its successfulle delivered. The phone number *** not working, the app is useless and the whatsapp number no help
