Buffalo Banking Details???

My parcels have been with Buffalo for more than a month. Could someone please call me urgently? Emails with payment proof have not been answered. To my horror, I double checked my POP and saw that money went to an ABSA account. Apparently Buffalo uses Nedbank. I used the link on the Buffalo app to pay. How is this possible?
