Buffalo bad services

Buffalo is a very unreliable courier services that doesn't deliver your parcel on time they have failed 2 times already to deliver my parcel that i bought from temu they sent me a message delivery failed please reschedule another delivery and want me to pay almost R200 fees again which ive already paid for customs tax and so on these errors that keeps on happening to deliver it's not my fault im a customer they should handle all errors they don't respond even respond with real answers when you email them.
