Buffalo BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered via TEMU for third time. Paid my R64.11 taxes on 9 MAY. I uploaded my proof, a statement, everything, three times. Yet they stalk me with messages, calls etc about my unpaid taxes. Its reached the point where TEMU has now already refunded me for my parcel, as I refuse to pay again & go through the same. Yet, they send messages re my parcel that will be sent back if I dont pay them. They are not accepting my proofs apparently, yet its done the EXACT same way as the 2 times before. Absolutely terrible customer service.
