Buffalo bad courier service ever

Buffalo is horrible, I placed my order on the 29th of February and still haven't received my parcel, they said it's out for delivery yesterday on the 19th of March and later they said it's Failed to deliver, all my details are updated and they didn't even bother to even call me. Today I kept calling them since 7:30am but there's no response, I emailed them no response, their chat box no response, even their WhatsApp they don't respond. I have no idea what to do at this point, they don't even deserve a star at this point they are ***********. We pay a lot of custom to get this kind of service.
