Buffalo are a disgrace

I ordered men’s clothes via Temu. Firstly the quality was extremely poor (thin weak material). One shirt I couldn’t button up because the buttons didn’t fit through the holes!!

I requested a return and was sent a message that Buffalo would be collecting the parcel. This never happened. On calling them I was sent another message that a courier would be collecting and to be available. Once again this didn’t happen

This process was repeated three times!!! Never once did a courier appear. One did call and say he was 5 mins away. He never pitched and promptly turned his phone off!!!

My option to return these goods has now expired and will be used to wash my car. That’s all they’re good for.
