Buffalo and their POOREST service

What poorest service I am receiving from Buffalo logistics 🤮 So I ordered off of Shein and payed my custom about a week ago. Now my parcel is with then and on on the 4th I receive a text that they will deliver within 48 hrs, there is hope right. Well the same day some delivery guy calls saying he has my parcel, I tell him where I'm at and wait. The same day I'm called again by them and they tell come pickup my parcel at main gate, I ask which main gate and im told the one for Fort Hare ( a university in a nearby town) I tell the guy but I'm in Fort beaufort as my address clearly states so why would I be asked to pick up a parcel in Alice. Then he is like, but we were there in Fort beaufort 😮💨 Im like then if you were here why didn't you bring my parcel. Bottom line I don't receive my parcel

Fast forward to yesterday the 6th, I call customer service ( after multiple attempts of the number not existing 😭😭😭) I tell the agent what happens and she assures me that the parcel will be delivered yesterday. Unfortunately I still dont have my parcel 🤒

Im disappointed with their service shame
