Buffalo and temu

Hi, it's been 4 days since my tracking update has been updated and I didn't get any email whatsoever informing me about the delay of my order,I've tried contacting them including temu and all they can say is if your order delays we'll give R20 credi, like seriously?

I bought some of the stuff in the order for business purposes and if they don't deliver on time I'll have to buy stuff locally that'll cost me more than what I've ordered.
