Buffalo always messing up my order

This is my third time I’m having my package sent by buffalo and it’s always the same issue , it gets sent back to the warehouse because of wrong pin drop and takes another week for them to send out, how can you still not fix this issue? As I read the reviews from other people this seems to be a common thing😒
