Buffalo - almost a month (no response, no reply??)

I ordered clothes through shein.com, it's almost a month later since they said it would be delivered initially. Unfortunately the delay is due to the delivery company they're using Buffalo International Logistics. When you phone them to query about your parcel, they give you a whatsapp number, WHICH THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO AT ALL!!!! Also if you choose the option to speak to a consultant the phone rings for a minute before the call ends..... I just want to know where tge hell my parcel is???? Really frustrating service and the uncer*****y that comes along with this pathetic service is quite scary and stress inducing.
