Buffalo **** after sending clearance documents

Buffalo is ****ming people they said my parcel was held by customs send documents which i did but they did not provide any further update my tracking number is BUFZA7YK12468SRYQ.@Buffalo i need answers #stay away from Buffalo logistics.The parcel was shipped on the 24 October 2025 up to now 10 November 2025 nothing no update .If you call the call center the agents appear not to have knowledge of what is happening.
