Buffalo **** about no one being at home!

Buffalo logistics said they delivered our parcel, stating no one was at home, but no one called us and we are at home the whole day, hence tracking status says, returned unfinished delivery. We have been waiting for the parcels since this morning as it say delivery will be taking place today. I even asked my neighbors if any left a parcel with them, liked they did in the past.
