Buffalo

a while back I bought a blue playpen exactly the same one , I received it and there where parts missing . I return it to buffalo courier guy and they refunded me the money back into my Temu account. with the credit I've received back I bought this Gray one for a better price so I pick a few other items to match the price of credit. I have received the other items but still have not received this gray playpen . I'm attending the first faulty order to this review. They keep on asking me for proof of payment as I did send emails and no response I keep on calling the two different numbers that I have of them but numbers does not work . All other items I bought was great but now fir the return part it's seems they do not care . I really need some one to contact me to get this issues resolved.
