Extremely poorly managed. I have a zTemu return . Buffalo responded on 2nd May. Despite repeated contact no pick up. The return was cancelled by Temu as the return period had passed. I had to redo the return which I did yesterday. Now Buffalo state I have to wait 7 days. Reading various complains about Buffalo I can not understand how they are in business. Incompetence is a polite word regarding my thoughts of the company.
