Buffalo

On 2 may 2021, I ordered a wig from "lightinthebox" which was sent to Buffalo Logistics (Couriers) based in Kempton Park. They reported that they delivered the parcel on Saturday 22 May however I did not receive it. It is impossible to contact them as their voicemail is full. They are a terrible company to do business with, but I want my parcel which I paid for. Hope you can help. Thank you!
