I am writing to express my frustration with Buffalo International Logistics regarding my recent parcel delivery. My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but when I tracked the status, it stated that the consignee was unavailable and that my contact information was not working. This is not true, as I was home the entire day and did not receive any call from their side.

I have tried reaching out to them via phone and email, but have received no response. This lack of communication and failure to deliver on time is highly disappointing. I rely on timely deliveries, and this experience has been very inconvenient.
