Buffalo

It’s been 2 weeks now since buffalo kept saying I need to update my address but there is nothing wrong with my address and they have delivered at the same address more than twice now ,I’ve been in contact with their call centre and they kept saying they will escalate the issue and nothing is being done to resolve the issue.
