Buffallo logistics piir service

I enjoy ordering from TEMU..my 1st delivery was done within a week...then delivery from Buffallo became worse and worse. The problem is with the Tax and Vat payment. When I get the notification to pay tax I immediately do it online and I send POP immediately to Buffalo...today is Friday, 7 days since payment, teacking shows that I have not paid...I phone them...they do not answer their phones...you get put on hold...and then the call drops...you send messages and WhatsApps...you talk to a robot...when you request..Human Interface...nobody comes back to you...after this last order from Temu I will not order again as Buffallo causes delays...I am so sorry about that as I enjoyed ordering from Temu
