Buffal Couriers - WORST Service Delivery

There are no “Pride” in service delivery. Worst experience EVER with this apparently “Service Provider”. None of the communication platforms work. Had the worst experience with the driver - he was so rude and just decided he will retrun my package to the warehouse, my package are now still in the warehouse and I keep on getting a response “will arrange another delivery as soon as possible since 12 May 2024. Do not make use of this company that clearly is not measured by KPI’s. There absolutely no intention from there side to assist with getting this resolved.
