If I could rate it 0, I would. It's an ABSOLUTE nightmare. There is no update on my parcel; it keeps on stating that the Parcel was wrongly allocated and returned to the warehouse... SIX TIMES! There have been no responses to emails, queries, bots, or anything else. This is my first time purchasing from TEMU, and I'm so sad for them that my first experience buying from them is with Buffalo!
