I have recorded before that Buffalo International Logistics have not collected a parcel that had to be returned to Temu. (BUFEX75A043145TYQ). Just after the review a representative from Buffalo phoned and according to him there was a "glitch" which caused my address to be shown incomplete. He sort of scoffed about the small amount that I referred to (R500+). He promised to look into it to see if it will still be accepted by Temu and SURPRISE!!! No feedback or any communication since. Bad, bad service - no question about it.
