BUFEX75A007932RYQ and BUFEX70B***YQ still not collected

I have been struggling to return a parcel to TEMU since the 03 of October 2025. They keep on saying my address is not on Google map despite the fact that they were able to deliver it. I went as far as changing the address just to make it easier for them but they still tell me stories. They create wrong feedback on their tracking site. Some of their stuff members are rude and unprofessional. I strongly believe they are frustrating their customers who are return the parcels on purpose so that they so that they end up abandoning the process and endup loosing their money.
